200 officers and soldiers prepare to set off for a one-year peacekeeping mission to Lebanon, in Kunming, southwest China’s Yunnan province, on May 18, 2017. As the 16th batch of peacekeeping forces China has sent to the Middle Eastern country, they will take part in mine sweeping, engineering construction and help provide humanitarian aid.This latest batch consists of 180 multi-function military engineers, 200 construction engineers and 30 medical workers.
