Hens acquire specialized skills under chicken whisperer

Five hens with different skills are pictured with their owner Zhang Huating at Henan University of Animal Husbandry & Economy in Zhengzhou city, central China's Henan province, 19 September 2017. Five one-year-old hens can distinguish the denomination of banknotes, walk around piles, pick out a round piece of green paper from colorful papers, walk on a balance beam and show off other skills, according to their trainer Zhang Huating. Zhang Huating is a teacher at Henan University of Animal Husbandry & Economy and she bought these five hens from the supermarket. Zhang Huating took them to perform at different exhibitions and they even went to Shanghai.
