Chinese ‘discover South Africa’ on embassy’s open day

The South African Embassy in Beijing hosts the 2nd Embassy Open Day: Discover South Africa on September 23, 2017. The event kicked off with a speech from South African Ambassador to China Dolana Msimang, who highlighted the importance of people-to-people contacts and urged enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries. A large number of Chinese from all walks of life attended the event. They were introduced to signature South African products, including wine, rooibos tea, aloe products, fresh fruits and African culinary delicacies.
