The current world record for tattoo in the Guinness Book of World Records is held by a couple from US, Charles Helmke and Charlotte Gutenberg. Helmke is the "most tattooed elder man" with a coverage area of 93.75% and Gutenberg "the most tattooed elder woman" with a coverage area of 91.5%. The photo shows a picture of the couple.
