Several people read books at a 24-hour bookstore in Shanxi Province on October 23, 2017. The bookstore was opened by Lu Hongren, who graduated from Shanxi University in 2016. Lu, who is still in his 20s, raised 2 million yuan (about 301,000 US dollars) through a crowd funding campaign and turned an underground garage into a two-storey bookstore. Readers can read books, have a chat and drink some coffee in the bookstore. Lu says he just wants to provide readers with a comfortable reading environment. [Photo: Chinanews.com]
