Chinese bike-sharing giant Mobike launches service in bike's birth country Germany

​Mobike has officially launched its service in Berlin, Germany, according to an announcement by the bike-sharing giant on November 21, 2017. Berlin becomes the first German city where Mobike operates. 2017 marks the 200th anniversary of the bicycle, and Berlin is the 200th city that Mobike operates. According to Chris Martin, vice president of Mobike's international business, the bike was invented in Germany, and it makes Berlin very suitable to become the 200th city for Mobike to do business.
