Snow leopards have been recorded for the first time in the Yellow River Source Area of China's Sanjiangyuan National Park in Qinghai. The rare big cats were caught on camera in the past three months. The park's staff spotted the animals when they reviewed their latest collection of videos and photos caught by their infrared cameras. Snow leopards are a Class A protected animal in China, and are extremely sensitive to the quality of their habitat. [Photo: Chinanews.com]
