Sri Lanka's new landmark Lotus Tower undergoes lighting test

The Lotus Tower in Sri Lanka's capital city Colombo was lit up during tests of the building's lighting system on Friday, April 12, 2019. The tower is the tallest self-supported structure in South Asia. The tower includes facilities for dining out, accommodation, and shopping, as well as being used for communications and observation.
