A giant moon cake is on display at a food store in east China’s Shanghai, on September 3, 2019. A 366 kg (805 lbs) giant moon cake is on display at a food store in Shanghai to usher in the Mid-Autumn Festival. The moon cake is a Chinese traditional snack enjoyed during the festival which takes place on the 15th day of the eighth month in China’s lunar calendar. This year it falls on Sept. 13. A regular palm-sized moon cake usually weighs 50 to 60 grams. [Photo: IC]
