Landmarks lit up in French flag colors following Notre Dame fire
3/6
This photograph taken late on the evening of Tuesday, April 16, 2019 shows Bosnia and Herzegovina's Stari Most in the southern city of Mostar illuminated with the colors of the French flag out of respect for the people of France after a fire nearly destroyed the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Stari Most is one of most recognizable icons of Ottoman architecture. In 1993, it was completely destroyed by artillery fire, some 427 years after it was built. It was rebuilt in 2004.
