Sri Lankans pray outside St. Anthony's Shrine in Colombo during a three-minute nationwide silence observed on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 to pay homage to the victims of the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks. The bombings of churches, luxury hotels, and other sites were Sri Lanka's deadliest violence since the country's devastating civil war. A state of emergency has taken effect that gives the Sri Lankan military war-time powers not used since civil war ended in 2009. [Photo: AP/Eranga Jayawardena]
