Biennial FlowerTime International Flower Show held in Brussels

A floral structure created by Marc Noel from Belgium and Maria Sofia Tavares from Portugal on display at the City Hall in Brussels, Belgium, for the FlowerTime International Flower Show on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Every other summer, alternating with the Flower Carpet show, the City Hall and the Grand-Place hold the FlowerTime international plant and flower arrangement event. The entry hall, corridors, offices, and meeting and reception rooms of City Hall are adorned with dozens of floral arrangements created by international landscape architects and artists.
