Fabulous tourist photos taken in Ethiopia

Bridget Thackwray travelled with her friend Topher Richwhite, a photographer, in Ethiopia. They created a series of amazing photos in the Danakil Depression featuring colorful dotted hot springs on terraces. The Danakil Depression is located in the northern part of the Afar Triangle in Ethiopia. The Danakil Depression is the hottest place on Earth in terms of year-round average temperatures. It is also one of the lowest places on the planet, without rain for most of the year. [Photo: IC]
