Smoked bacon, or Larou in Chinese, is a special cuisine of the Yao people in southwestern China. People in Bahao Village, Dahua Yao Autonomous County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region often entertain guests with their home-made larou. [Video source: China Plus/Wang Xin]
