Rice noodles with water snails

Luosifen, or rice noodles with water snails, is a popular street food of Liuzhou City in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. These noodles are so famous that they even have their own museum. China Plus has visited the museum and found out how a bowl of Luosifen is made.
