Man climbs from 3rd floor to save a girl caught in the security rails

A 3-year-old girl was seen dangling from the 4th floor of an apartment building in Xiaogan city, Hubei Province, on Sunday. A heroic neighbor, Chen Fangyong, climbed up and out of the window underneath the girl and held her until the local firemen came. The neighbor acted quickly and held the girl for 20 minutes without the use of safety equipment.
