A cute dog always gets meat to eat?

A pot-stewed pork shop in Xichang, Sichuan Province, has a new "regular" - a 4-year-old dog. 

"Chubby" begs in front of the shop every day, staring at the stall and waiting for the shop owner to feed him a piece of meat.
