Xi’an firefighters rescue dog that fell through ice

A dog fell through the ice but was saved by the firefighters in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province last week.

The firefighter who saved the dog also fell through the ice himself, but claimed later it was worth it, saying, "Every life should be respected."
