A dancing cook makes longevity noodles at the Luodai Ancient Town scenic spot during the Spring Festival in eastern suburb of Sichuan's capital, Chengdu. "Longevity noodles" or "Yi Gen Mian" in Mandarin, is a traditional dish served during the Chinese Lunar New Year or at birthday celebrations. "Longevity noodles" are never to be cut by the cook.
