Dinosaurs attract tourists and deliver monster profits for farmers
A herd of 323 life-size dinosaur models representing 277 species found in China are on display in Paddy National Park, in Sanya, Hainan Province. The park is home to the world's largest outdoor dinosaur exhibition of its kind.
Villagers who used to farm the land where the park was built get a significant share of the revenues coming from the growth in local tourism. They are paid a leasing fee for the use of their farmland, and a salary for their employment at the park.
