Olim Alimov runs Octoplus, a consulting firm that provides investment advice to clients under the Belt and Road Initiative. Alimov, who has been living in Beijing since 2006, also co-founded the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Youth League and is dedicated to bringing young people together for greater connectivity.
