Nitrogen ice cream
Venezuela has its first nitrogen ice cream parlor. Unlike the traditional ice cream parlors found in the country, N7 does not need to freeze its products for hours to achieve the consistent characteristic of ice cream.
Even though commercial nitrogen is difficult to come by, using it is a big advantage in Venezuela, where constant blackouts make a sloppy mess in the freezers of conventional ice cream shops. Many owners of those conventional shops have closed their doors.
