UAE: a flower in the desert

Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Abu Dhabi for a state visit to the UAE (United Arab Emirates), the first by a Chinese head of state in the past 29 years. The UAE was one of the first countries to respond in favor of China's "Belt & Road Initiative (B&R)." President Xi's visit is a journey of friendship and cooperation.
