A brave American girl fights with disease

Megan King, 28, a brave girl from Illinois, has suffered from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) for many years. Every day is a tough day but fate doesn't beat her down. She has been recording her battle with EDS online in order to raise awareness and encourage others who also suffer from it. After 34 surgeries she can now walk slowly by using halo braces. [Photo:IC]
