November 19 is Worlds Toilet Day(世界厕所日 shìjiè cèsuǒ rì), a day set by the United Nations with an aim of inspiring the world to address the global sanitation(卫生 wèishēng) crisis(危机 wéijī).

The U.N. estimates that 4.5 billion people live without a safe toilet and 892 million others still practice open defecation in the world.
