Crayfish jobfair offers 500,000 yuan a year

​A job fair for professional crayfish tasters is held in Nanjing on July 1, 2018. With salaries as high as 500,000 yuan ($75,000 dollars) annually, tasters have to be able to eat at least 1 kg crayfish per day, peel off a crayfish's skin in 3 seconds and determine crayfish's species and breeding environment by the naked eye.
