Zhejiang soy sauce maker honors century-old tradition during high season

The Laohenghe factory in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province mastered the ancient techniques of soy sauce making to perfection. The time-honored brand is still making soy sauce like it has for over a century by mixing the ingredients and sun drying them in large jars.
