Villagers make traditional glass noodles for New Year

Villagers in Xinjiang County are busy making glass noodles for the upcoming New Year and Lunar New Year. Handmade glass noodles are a famous traditional agricultural product in Xinjiang County of Yuncheng, Shanxi Province. The thin, clear noodles are made mainly from locally grown sweet potatoes.
