Biennial FlowerTime International Flower Show held in Brussels

Every other summer, alternating with the Flower Carpet show, the City Hall and the Grand-Place hold the FlowerTime international plant and flower arrangement event. The entry hall, corridors, offices, and meeting and reception rooms of City Hall are adorned with dozens of floral arrangements created by international landscape architects and artists.
