The design of Daguan Yuan is based on an aristocratic garden described in the Qing Dynasty novel A Dream of Red Mansions by Cao Xueqin. Buildings and trees in the park have been decorated with colorful lanterns, adding to the atmosphere of celebration. [Photo: China Plus/Chen Ziqi]
