2018中国高考开考 China's national college entrance examination starts

Gaokao(高考) is the national college entrance exam in China which started(始于) in 1952. In 2018, about 9.75 million students have registered(登记) for the national college entrance examination, which takes place from June 7 to 8.

A double-decker carrying(搭载) students(学生) for this year's Gaokao leaves(离开) the gate of Maotanchang Middle School and makes its way through(穿过) thousands of parents(父母) and family members(家庭成员) in Lu'an(六安), east China's Anhui Province on June 5, 2018.
