龙舟竞渡迎端午 People participate in dragon boat races across China

The Dragon Boat Festival falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, or June 18 this year, and is marked by eating(吃) glutinous rice dumplings(粽子) and racing(赛) dragon boats(龙舟). People participate in(参加) dragon boat races across China to greet(迎接) the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival.
