Cici is a craftswoman who makes model pets(宠物模型 chǒngwù móxíng) out of wool felt(羊毛毡 yángmáozhān) in Guangzhou, Guangdong province.

Her work has attracted 500,000 fans(粉丝 fěnsī) and received millions of thumbs-up on Douyin, or TikTok, a video-sharing platform. Thanks to videos of her process(加工 jiāgōng) going viral, the young craftswoman has received a full calendar of orders(订单 dìngdān) for 2019.

Cici said she really enjoys model-making, though it is time-consuming(耗时 hàoshí) and meticulous work(工作 gōngzuò).
