The gingko tree has grown for over 1,000 years at the Guang De Temple, located in Xiangyang, Hubei Province. It was granted royal titles by Emperor Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) and Emperor Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). [Photo: VCG]
