Ice tower at Harbin winter festival breaks world record

The 30.5 meter tall ice tower is on display at the 2017 Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival at Maple Leaf Village in Harbin, China's Heilongjiang Province, on January 10, 2018. The tower is built of ice reinforced with paper fibers. The tower was built by a team lead by students from TU Eindhoven, along with students from Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Ghent University. [Photo: VCG]
