World's first robot citizen takes part in TV show filming

An intelligent humanoid robot named Sophia, who is the first robot to be granted citizenship in the world, takes part in the filming session at China Central Television in Beijing on January 14, 2018. Designed and created by Hong Kong-based Hanson Robotics, Sophia was given legal Saudi Arabian citizenship in October, 2017.
