Chinese mine clearing resumes at China-Vietnam border

A new round of mine clearing is underway along the Guangxi section of the China-Vietnam border, March 6, 2018. Of the 53 minefields set up along China's border with Vietnam during a border war in 1979, 21 areas have since been cleared, covering an area of 360,000 square meters.
