Solar-powered parking lot opens in Wuxi

A public parking lot powered by solar panels has opened in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Covering an area of 5,700 square meters, its rows of solar panels are capable of producing an average of 6,000 kilowatts hours of electricity a day. The parking lot can accommodate 480 cars, and is equipped with 22 charging points for New Energy Vehicles. [File Photo: VCG]
