Rush ahead of typhoon Mangkhut

Photos show vegetables and fresh meat in a supermarket in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province being snapped up on Saturday ahead of typhoon Mangkhut. Mangkhut is expected to make landfall in western Guangdong late Sunday afternoon. Work on more than 1,600 construction sites has been suspended, while 128 tourist spots have been closed in Guangdong.
