Scenery of Xiayigou Earth Forest in Tibet

Photo taken on Sept. 14, 2018 shows the scenery of Xiayigou Earth Forest in Zanda County, Tibet. Located along the Xiangquan River, the natural earthen formations appear colorful, especially under direct sunlight due to the ore they contain. The earth forest is basically in color of yellow and the color varies in different part. It was formed by geological movement and soil erosion. [Photo: Xinhua]
