China helped PNG pave the way to a successful APEC event

China Harbour helped Papua New Guinea upgrade its Airport Highway that leads from the airport all the way down to the APEC Haus. The previous airport highway was over 30 years old, succumbing to wear and tear. Local people say the 9-kilometer-long new road, which is expected to last for more than 50 years, is solid and broad.
