Dry the vegetables after big harvest!

Farmers from Anhui are seen drying different types of vegetables after a big harvest. For ages, the Chinese believe that food should not be wasted. So when vegetables are plentiful, farmers tend to process them and preserve them in different forms. Baolusong, a corn-like yellow plant, are being processed into flakes and dried under the sun.
