Preserved meats are one of the must-have dishes on the table of Chinese people during the upcoming Chinese New Year. By a lake in Wuhan city, central China’s Hubei province, fish, sausages, ducks and pork are preserved with salt and hung to dry. They will be ready when the Chinese New Year comes.
