Fishermen attempt to catch fish from Ulungur Lake during the 13th Ulungur Lake Fishing Festival in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Monday, January 21, 2019. An 18.8-kilogram fish was the biggest catch during the event. It sold for 399,999 yuan (about 58,783 U.S. dollars). According to Chinese custom, eating the biggest fish caught in the first catch of the season can bring good luck throughout the year.
