Carl's last travel rush before retirement

Springer spaniel Carl has served for the railway police department in Qingdao for over a decade but this year he will retire. Born in 2007, Carl started working as a police dog in Qingdao in 2008. Since then, he has actively been working on the frontline to safeguard passengers' safety. [Photo: VCG]
