Massive new Raffles City development in Chongqing nears completion

After six years of construction, the massive Raffles City development in Chongqing is nearing completion. Its developer, the Singapore-based company CapitaLand, has announced it has finished the eighth and final skyscraper of the Moshe Safdie-designed megastructure, which features the world's highest sky bridge.
