Europe's largest balloon festival opens in Bristol

The opening ceremony of the 40th Bristol International Balloon Fiesta was held on August 9, 2018. As the largest festival of its kind in Europe, 170 balloons of various shapes and colours will be launched in the coastal UK city over the course of the 4 day event.
