Touching moment performed by intelligent elephant mum

Mom is great! A baby elephant got stuck at a watering hole, sinking knee-deep into the mud. The poor thing couldn't climb out by itself, but its mom rushed in, bending down as she pulled the baby out of the pit. This heartwarming scene was captured by 59-year-old photographer Richard Tustin and his wife Vanessa in August at Nxai Pan Park in Botswana. They spent several hours recording the scene. [Photos: IC]
