Dead dolphin found in Philippines after Typhoon Mangkhut

The carcass of a dolphin was washed ashore at the fishing port of Sta. Ana, Cagayan Province, Philippines because of Typhoon Mangkhut on Sunday, September 16, 2018, according to local government authorities.
