Carnival King Momo Wilson Neto holds the key to the city at a ceremony marking the start of Carnival at the Sambadrome in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Friday, March 1, 2019. Marcelo Crivella, the mayor of the city, opted not to attend the ceremony. In his place, Rio's Tourism President Marcelo Alves handed over the key.
